Masjid Quest

An Islamic trivia board game for 1–6 players, played on a 3D board that leads from the courtyards of six masajid to the Ka'bah itself.

1. Draw a straw (1–6) and walk that many spaces — backwards is allowed, diagonals are not.

2. Land on a colour, answer its question. Correct → keep going. Wrong or pass → turn over.

3. Collect a wedge from each of the six masjid stations.

4. Hold all six wedges, land on the Haram gate, then walk the seven tawaf lanes counter-clockwise to reach the Ka'bah and win.

Turn: the active player picks one of six straws. Its number (1–6) is the number of spaces they may move.
Move: click any highlighted tile reachable within that many steps. No diagonal moves, backwards moves are allowed, every step must use a board path.
Question: the tile's colour decides the category. A correct answer lets you draw another straw; a wrong answer or a pass ends your turn.
Wedges: land on a masjid station (the raised golden tile in front of a masjid) to earn that masjid's wedge — you must answer its category question correctly.
The gates: the courtyard is a hexagon, so all six masajid sit the same number of spaces from the Ka'bah. With all six wedges, land on any of the six golden gates at the courtyard corners: it opens into Masjid al-Haram.
Tawaf: the inner board has seven hexagonal lanes, each with six gates radially aligned with the outer gates. Inside the Mataf the tawaf is walked counter-clockwise only — you can never step backwards around a ring, and the radial gates lead inward. A lane only opens inward once you have walked that whole lane (the gates glow gold when it does), and every player faces exactly the same route, so the race to the Ka'bah is fair. Keep answering questions and be the first to arrive.
